FUNimation Entertainment a annoncé qu'elle a acquis les droits de distribution aux États-Unis de trois nouvelles productions. Le film d'action live Zebraman 2: L'ATTAQUE SUR ZEBRA CITY (ゼブラーマン - ゼブラ シティ の 逆襲 -, Zeburaaman-Zebura Shiti pas Gyakushuu-, 2010) a été réalisé par Takashi Miike (Ichi the killer, 13 Assassins) et est la suite de Miike Zebraman en 2004. La série animée NOUS SANS AILES-SOUS LE CIEL INNOCENT (俺 たち に 翼 は ない, Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai, 2011) est une comédie romantique du réalisateur Shinji Ushiro (BENEDICTION DE LA CAMPANELLA) qui tourne autour d'un groupe de jeunes dont apparemment sans lien les vies peuvent être liés dans un monde alternatif. Le  film d'action science fiction Hong Kongais ville assiégée (戒备 全 城, Chun chanter gai bei, 2010) a été réalisé et co-écrit par Benny Chan (New Police Story, La Fureur de vaincre, Heroic Duo).

En 2025, quinze ans après Zebraman défait les étrangers, le monde a complètement changé. Bien que Zebraman a perdu sa mémoire et se trouve dans un établissement de réadaptation, Tokyo s'est rebaptisé Zebra City, et a institué un «Zebra Time" à partir de 05h00 / h pendant 5 minutes dans lequel le gouvernement autorise la police Zebra pour attaquer n'importe quel et tous les criminels présumés.

Une fois dans les résultats Zebra avoir tenté d'assassiner l'ex-enseignant, Shinichi Ichikawa, également connu sous le nom Zebraman. Survivre à l'attaque, il rencontre d'autres survivants de Zebra temps qui envisagent de se révolter contre le régime fasciste de plomb nouvelles par la mystérieuse reine Zebra. Ichikawa se trouve équipe avec de faux télévision Zebraman et un jeune protégé de sauver une mystérieuse petite fille de Zebra Zebra Reine et de ses policiers. Will Ichikawa retrouver ses souvenirs et de réaliser qu'il Zebraman à temps pour arrêter Zebra reine avant elle peut utiliser les aliens étranges à partir de 2010 pour mettre Zebra temps pour le monde entier?

FUNimation offrira le film sur Blu-ray et DVD plus tard cette année. Zebraman 2 sera également représenté à la 10e édition du Festival du Film Asiatique de Dallas en Juillet.

NOUS SANS AILES-SOUS LE CIEL INNOCENT

Timide Takashi veut échapper à un monde alternatif où il est un chevalier qui s'annonce, mais est freiné par des pensées de sa jeune sœur et sa petite amie. À temps partiel et tous les gars autour optimiste Shuusuke a une rencontre désastreuse première avec une femme qui s'avère être son nouveau collègue. Bricolage Hayato est un solitaire durs qui a hasard des rencontres avec deux bandes et une fille avec un fétiche uniforme. Ajoutez à cela beaucoup de fan-service, de l'humour au hasard, un autre monde médiéval, et votre narrateur DJ Condor, et vous obtenez NOUS SANS AILES-SOUS LE CIEL INNOCENT.

Ville assiégée

L'action en direct film VILLE EN ÉTAT DE SIÈGE suit un groupe d'artistes de cirque qui aller sur un saccage après une exposition accidentelle au gaz chimiques laissées par l'armée japonaise dans la Seconde Guerre mondiale leur accorde des pouvoirs surhumains.

Le film met en vedette Aaron Kwok (sept fois Hong Kong Film Awards candidat), Shu Qi (Hong Kong Film Award du gagnant) et Collin Chou (Le royaume interdit, The Matrix Revolutions, The Matrix Reloaded et sans peur de Jet Li).

FUNimation offrira ville assiégée en DVD et Blu-ray début d'année prochaine. Le film sera également présenté à la 10e édition du Festival du Film Asiatique de Dallas en Juillet.

The live action film ZEBRAMAN 2: ATTACK ON ZEBRA CITY (ゼブラーマン -ゼブラシティの逆襲-, Zeburaaman -Zebura Shiti no Gyakushuu-, 2010) was directed by Takashi Miike (ICHI THE KILLER, 13 ASSASSINS) and is a sequel to Miike’s 2004 film ZEBRAMAN. The anime series WE WITHOUT WINGS- UNDER THE INNOCENT SKY (俺たちに翼はない, Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai, 2011) is a romantic comedy from director Shinji Ushiro (BLESSING OF THE CAMPANELLA) which revolves around a group of young people whose seemingly unconnected lives may be linked in an alternate world. The Hong Kong science fiction action film CITY UNDER SEIGE (全城戒备, Chun sing gai bei, 2010) was directed and co-written by Benny Chan (NEW POLICE STORY, FIST OF FURY, HEROIC DUO).

ZEBRAMAN 2: ATTACK ON ZEBRA CITY
By 2025, fifteen years after Zebraman defeated the Aliens, the world has changed entirely. While Zebraman has lost his memory and is in a rehabilitation facility, Tokyo has renamed itself Zebra City, and has instituted a “Zebra Time” starting at 5:00 AM/PM for 5 minutes in which the government allows the Zebra Police to attack any and all presumed criminals.

One Zebra Time results in the attempted murder of ex-teacher, Shinichi Ichikawa, also known as Zebraman. Surviving the attack, he meets other survivors of Zebra Time who plan to revolt against the new fascist system lead by the mysterious Zebra Queen. Ichikawa finds himself teaming up with television’s fake Zebraman and a young protege to save a mysterious little girl from Zebra Queen and her Zebra Police. Will Ichikawa regain his memories and realize he’s Zebraman in time to stop Zebra Queen before she can use the strange aliens from 2010 to bring Zebra Time to the whole world?

FUNimation will offer the film on Blu-ray and DVD later this year. ZEBRAMAN 2 will also be shown at the 10th Annual Asian Film Festival of Dallas in July.

WE WITHOUT WINGS- UNDER THE INNOCENT SKY

Timid Takashi wants to escape to an alternate world where he is a heralded knight, but is held back by thoughts of his younger sister and his girlfriend. Part-timer and all around upbeat guy Shuusuke has a disastrous first encounter with a woman who turns out to be his new co-worker. Handyman Hayato is a hard-boiled loner that has random encounters with two gangs and a girl with a uniform fetish. Throw in plenty of fan-service, random humor, an alternate medieval world, and your narrator DJ Condor, and you get WE WITHOUT WINGS- UNDER THE INNOCENT SKY.

CITY UNDER SEIGE

The live action film CITY UNDER SEIGE follows a group of circus performers who go on a rampage after accidental exposure to chemical gas left by the Japanese army in WWII grants them superhuman abilities.

The film stars Aaron Kwok (seven-time Hong Kong Film Awards nominee), Shu Qi (Hong Kong Film Award winner) and Collin Chou (THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM, THE MATRIX REVOLUTIONS, THE MATRIX RELOADED, and Jet Li’s FEARLESS).

FUNimation will offer CITY UNDER SEIGE on DVD and Blu-ray early next year. The film will also be shown at the 10th Annual Asian Film Festival of Dallas in July.
